If this is your first time visiting the glo skincare blog, welcome! We're sure everyone in town for the DNC is enjoying the beautiful weather and sights of Denver. While you are in the Mile High City, there are a few tips for staying healthy that we'd like to share:

• Drink LOTS of water - it is easy to get dehydrated at higher altitudes!
• Wear SUNSCREEN - it is also a lot easier to get a sunburn in the sunniest state in the nation :)
• Feel dry? The air is a lot less humid here in Colorado than in lower lying states, especially those of you used to the humidity on the East Coast! Your skin is probably a lot drier than it normally is in the summertime. Try some extra moisturizer for your face and hands at least once a day, in the evenings.
• In the morning, use a 2-in-1 sunscreen and moisturizer to have all your bases covered!
